山苍子种子育苗试验

针对山苍子种子休眠期长,苗木繁育困难的现状,采用7月采的种子和9月采的种子进行种子育苗试验。结果表明:7月采的种子的出苗数和苗高生长量只有9月采的种子的20%和63.3%,两者达到极显著差异。7月采种,由于种子尚未完全成熟,种子发芽率低,苗木生长较差;9月采种,种子已完全成熟,种子发芽率高,苗木生长较好。

Seed Breeding of Litsea cubeba

According to long Litsea cubeba seed dormancy period,a difficult nursery stock breeding situation,seeds collected in July and September were used for seed breeding tests.The results showed that: the emergence number and seedling height growth of seeds collected in July were those of seeds collected in September only 20% and 63.3% respectively,very significantly different.If seeds were collected in July,because seed had not yet fully matured,seed germination rate was low,seedling growth was poor;if seeds were collected in September,seeds had fully matured,the seed germination rate was high,seedling growth was good.
