西畴桂花扦插繁殖技术试验

由于西畴县良好的气候条件,使西畴桂花开花早,花期长,栽培历史悠久.但该树种资源少,不结实,扩繁困难.为保护和发展西畴桂花,对其进行了扦插繁殖试验.结果表明,在新梢已达半木质化的6～8月,从生长健壮无病虫害的母树上选取向阳、发育良好的当年生枝条作为扦插材料,采用250×10-6ABT1号生根粉溶液进行浸泡处理,扦插基质采用红壤50%、腐殖土40%、珍珠岩10%混合配制,全封闭式扦插,生根率可达90%以上.

Experiment of Propagation Technique for Xichou Osmanthus fragrans's Cuttage

Xichou Osmanthus fragrans with the characteristics of blossoming early,long bloom and history of its cultivation because of excellent weather condition of Xichou county.But this species resource is limited and it hasn＇t any seed to propagate next generation.In order to protect and develop Xichou Osmanthus fragrans,an experiment about cuttage propagation showed that excellent branches were chosen as materials for enclosure cuttage.The branches were soaked by 250×10-6 ABT No.1 rooting powder,and matrix were the mixture of 50% red soil,40% humus soil and 10% pearlite.In such way,rooting rate might amount over to 90%.
