| 摘 要： | 对5个甘蓝型油菜细胞质雄性不育系与33个不同来源的恢复系材料以NCII法配制的165个杂交组合F2代的品质性状、配合力、杂种优势进行了分析。结果表明:F2代各品质性状、配合力、杂种优势之间都具有显著或极显著的正相关关系。杂优利用是油菜品质改良的有效方式,父母本品质及配合力决定了杂优利用效果,而父母本品质配合力之和可以用来预测F2代的品质和进行亲本的选配。

| Abstract: | 5 cytoplasmic male sterile lines and 33 restorer lines were used to produce 165 hybrids by North Carolina Ⅱmating design.Quality traits,combining ability and heterosis of the hybrids were analyzed.Result showed that F2 generation had significant or extremely significant positive correlation in quality traits,combining ability and heterosis.Heterosis utilization was an effect method for rape quality improvement.The effect of heterosis utilization depended on parental quality and combining ability.The sum of parental quality and combining ability could be used to predict their F2 generation quality traits and select parents. |
