| 摘 要： | 作为胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白(IGFBPs)中最重要的一类结合蛋白,胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋-白3(IGFBP-3)是血中含量最高、作用最强的结合蛋白。它直接或间接地影响着家畜的泌乳性能、产绒(毛)性状、生长发育及肉品质等生产性状。作者综述了牛、羊IGFBP-3基因多态性及其与泌乳、繁殖和生长发育性状的关系。

| Abstract: | Insulin like growth factor binding protein-3(IGFBP-3),one of the most important binding proteins,ranks highest and strongest among IGFBP1-6 from the blood.It has a direct or indirect impact on milk performance of livestock,cashmere production(gross) traits,growth,development and production such as meat quality traits.Herein,this paere summerized the polymorphism of bovine and goat IGFBP-3 gene and their associations with milk performance,reproduction,growth and development. |
