潞城市农村居民点整理潜力研究

在潞城市农村居民点整理潜力补充调查的基础上,采用定性分析和定量计算相结合的方法,对农村居民点整理潜力的构成、测算方法和分级进行了研究。结果表明,全市农村居民点整理总潜力为1604 72hm2,占居民点整理面积的40 85%,主要来源于宅基地超标面积、废弃建筑物压占地及其内的空闲地、零星农用地和拟搬迁村庄等;整理潜力的适宜用途主要取决于整理的投入与届时的需求,因此采用整理潜力面积和综合潜力系数来表示,这样既可以说明农村居民点的整理潜力,又能表明整理的效率;同时,探索了适合山西省农村居民点整理潜力的补充调查方法、测算公式和分级依据。

Research on Potential of the House Coordination at Lucheng County

The paper goes on research on its composition, measuring approach and classification, adopting the means combined with the qualitative analysis and the quantitative calculation on the basis of the potential additional investigation of the House Coordination at Lucheng County. The result shows that the general potential is 1 604 72 hm 2 , and has a 40 85% percent of the House Coordination's area. It mainly comes as follows:①the areas that exceed the standard area;②the areas that the disused buildings occupy;③the spare land due to lacking in planning;④the sporadic land that is used to farming;⑤the houses that prepare to move away. The suitable use of its potential mainly depends on its investment and demand then, so the paper adopts the area and general ratio to represent its potential, and this both explains the potential of the House Coordination and indicates its efficiency. The paper also explores an additional investigative method, measuring formula and classifying grounds that is adequate for the House Coordination's Potential in Shanxi province.
