假俭草胚性愈伤组织分化及再生植株的变异研究

摘    要:以假俭草种子为外植体,对假俭草再生体系的持久性、离体再生方式以及再生植株的变异情况进行了初步研究,结果表明假俭草的高效再生体系至少可以维持33个月;体细胞胚发生是其主要再生途径;继代时间超过12个月的胚性愈伤分化的植株出现包括矮化,花叶、花期改变,抗旱增强等的多种变异。

Abstract:An efficient and long-term regeneration system is crucial to crop breeding by biotechnology.The persistence of regeneration system of centipedegrass [Eremochloa ophiuroides(Munro) Hack],regeneration approach in vitro and variation of the regenerated plantlets were studied by using the centipedegrass seeds as explant.The results showed that the efficient regeneration system can remain 33 months at least,also the main regeneration approach of somatic embryogenesis was confirmed.At the same time,different variations including dwarfing,yellow-strip variation on the leaf,changed flowering period,improved drought-resistance,were observed in the plantlets regenerated from the calli subcultured for 12 months at least.
