| 摘 要： | 植物基因工程是马铃薯遗传改良的重要技术之一。根癌农杆菌介导的马铃薯遗传转化法是目前广泛采用的转基因方法,具有操作简便、低拷贝等优点。该研究综述了根癌农杆菌介导马铃薯遗传转化的分子机制及过程、再生体系、影响因素等,并对进一步的研究做出了展望。

| Abstract: | Plant gene engineering is an important way of genetic improvement of potato.Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation for potato is now genetically modified method widely used with easy operation,low copy etc.Some main factors,such as molecular mechanism,process,regeneration system and influencing factors,were summarized,and the further study was forecasted. |
