| 摘 要： | 为了研究板蓝根、黄连、贯众、鱼腥草、连翘、葛根、苦参、黄柏、白术、黄芪等10种中草药的抑菌效果,通过不同梯度药物提取物进行体外抑菌试验,采用试管2倍稀释法测定其最小抑菌浓度(MIC),观察其对沙门氏菌的体外抑制作用。结果表明,贯众、黄连对沙门氏菌的平均MIC值均为7.8 g/L,在各种单味中草药中的MIC值最小,表明贯众、黄连对沙门氏菌的抑菌效果最好;板蓝根、黄芪、鱼腥草、连翘、葛根、苦参、白术的MIC值在15.6~31.3 g/L,抑菌效果较好;黄柏的平均MIC值为62.5 g/L,抑菌作用较弱。
