| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相色谱法，试样用乙腈溶解，以甲醇＋水为流动相，使用ZORBAX80A Extend—C18、5um为填料的不锈钢柱和二极管阵列检测器，在290nm波长下对试样中的丙炔噁草酮进行分离和定量分析。结果表明，该方法测得丙炔噁草酮的线性相关系数为0．9999；标准偏差为0．13；变异系数为0．16％；平均回收率为99．84％。 |

| Abstract: | A method for separation and quantitative analysis of oxadiargyl 80% WP by HPLC with methanol and water as mobile phase,using ZORBAX80A Extend-C18 column and DAD at 290nm wavelength was described. The results showed that the linear covvelatlon coefficient was 0.999 8,the standard deviation was 0.13,the variation coefficient was 0.16%,the average recovery was 99.84% respectively. |
