苦瓜主要经济性状配合力和遗传相关的研究

摘    要:6个绿苦瓜自交系分成两组,按不完整双列杂交设计配制9个组合,对苦瓜第一雌花平均节位、雌花数、单果质量、果长、果径和果肉厚等6个经济性状的配合力和遗传相关进行了研究。结果表明:第1组亲本A1、A2和A3仅在果长、果径和果肉厚3个性状上一般配合力效应差异极显著,而第2组亲本B1、B2和B3在6个性状上一般配合力效应差异均极显著。9个组合间仅第一雌花平均节位与果长的特殊配合力效应差异极显著。第一雌花平均节位与雌花数,雌花数与果长,果径与果肉厚,单果质量与果长,第一雌花平均节位与果长。果长与果径,雌花数与单果质量,第一雌花平均节位与单果质量,上述诸项的遗传相关系数r分别为:-1.0.-0.97,0.90,0.82,0.80,-0.78,-0.75和0.73。果长和果径对单果质量的遗传直接通径系数分别为1.37和0.71。

Abstract:Nine crosses were made in incomplete diallel cross design by using 6 inbred lines of green bitter gourd.Combining ability and genetic correlation of mean node of 1st female flower,number of female flowers,individual fruit mass,fruit length,fruit width and pulp thickness were investigated in this test.The results showed that the general combining ability was significant different in fruit length,fruit width and pulp thickness in the first group of parents of A_1,A_2 and A_3.While the general combining ability was significant different in 6 characters in the second group of B_1,B_2 and B_3.Only the specific combining ability was significant different in mean node of 1st female flower and fruit length in nine crosses.Genetic correlation coefficients r between mean node of 1st female flower and number of female flowers,number of female flowers and fruit length,fruit width and pulp thickness,individual fruit mass and fruit length,mean node of 1st female flower and fruit length,fruit length and fruit width,number of female flowers and individual fruit mass,mean node of 1st female flower and individual fruit mass were:-1.00,-0.97,0.90,0.82,0.80,-0.78,-0.75 and 0.73,respectively.The diriect genetic path coefficients of fruit length and fruit width on individual fruit mass were 1.37 and 0.71,respectively.
