摘    要:对采后枇杷果实接种炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides),研究测定一些与病程相关酶活性的变化。结果表明:接种炭疽病菌的枇杷果实过氧化物酶(POD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性明显升高,均于接种后第2天达到一个活性高峰,而POD于第5天出现了第二个活性峰,并且这两种防御酶的峰值出现时间基本与明显病斑显症时期一致;真菌细胞壁降解酶β-1,3-葡聚糖酶和几丁质酶活性都于第3天出现一个活性高峰,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性增幅高于几丁质酶。

Abstract:The change of defense enzyme activity in the resistant reaction to Colletitrichum gloeosporiodes were studied after artificial inoculating postharvest loquats. The results showed that the activities of perroxidas(POD) and phenylalanine aminolyase (PAL) were significantly ascended, the maximum of them appeared on the second day after inoculating, and the second maximum of POD activity appeared on the 5th day.That was the activities of these enzymes markedly increased with increase of the time course of infec...
