| 摘 要： | 以宝鸡市土地利用经济效益评价为研究对象，选取了影响土地利用经济效益的10个指标，应用CD函数测算单独土地要素贡献率，从而更加准确的计算出各类土地经济产出值，再利用熵值法确定各项指标权重后进行协调度分析。结果表明:2000-2007年起宝鸡市土地利用经济效益呈现逐年增长的趋势，2008年土地利用经济效益协调度达到0.64，2009年达到(0.82)高度协调。通过对各因素影响程度的分析，为有效利用土地资源、提高土地利用经济效益提供参考。
