| 摘 要： | 金黄色葡萄球菌黏附素FnbpA是引起奶牛乳腺炎的关键因素之一,对金黄色葡萄球菌的黏附环节进行阻断,进而减少或阻止金葡菌相关毒素和荚膜的表达,以黏附素蛋白为靶抗原的亚单位疫苗是预防奶牛金葡菌乳房炎的发展方向之一。对天津及周边地区奶牛乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离株的黏附素FnbpA基因检测研究,结果表明96%的临床分离株携带此基因,为进一步研究天津地区奶牛乳房炎金葡菌亚单位疫苗提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | Staphylococcus aureus adhesin Fnbp A was one of the key factors that caused cow mastitis. If we intervene S.aureus adhesion ,and then it could reduce or prevent expression of toxin and capsule, and the adhesin as a target for vaccine development may be effective way to prevent the cow S.aureus mastitis.
