| 摘 要： | 通过客观分析天津农业发展的自然资源、社会资源及基础条件,总结天津现代农业发展中的若干特点,继而从研究角度提出加快天津现代农业发展的思路、目标与定位,并从功能提升、科技支撑、制度创新、财政支持、金融扶持、社会化服务等角度,提出加快天津现代农业发展的政策建议。
