| 摘 要： | 以烟草为试验材料,研究有机土壤与普通土壤培养条件下烟草叶片的结构变化。结果表明,有机土壤条件培育的烟草与无机土壤条件下培育的烟草叶脉厚度相当,有机土壤条件下培育的烟草叶片厚度和海绵组织总量较低,而栅栏组织总量较高。

| Abstract: | Experiment with tobacco as the experimental material.Effect of organic soil and general soil culture conditions on the change of tobacco leaves were studied. The results showed that tobacco cultivated under soil organic and inorganic conditions were similar the total amount of leaf spongy tissue under organic soil conditions were lower,and the total amount of section palisade tissue was high. |
