摘    要:对赤霉素和脱落酸前体物质类胡萝卜素的关系进行了分析和探讨,发现二者之间存在着密切的联系,尤其是类胡萝卜素代谢途径的上游基因对赤霉素合成有很大影响。此外,全面深入的了解赤霉素的性质、生物学效应等,有利于我们更好地理解它如何在植物生长发育中发挥作用,从而改善其应用效果。

Abstract:The relations between gibberellic acid and carotenoids (precursor substances of abscisic acid) were studied and discussed in this paper, and we found that they had strong relationships, especially the upstream genes in carotenoids metabolic pathways, which had a very great effect on gibberellic acid synthesis. In addition, as comprehensive deep learing on the nature of gibberellic acid and it’s biological effect, we can better understand the role that it plays in the plant development, and to improve its application value as well.
