摘    要:将红外光谱与二维相关谱技术结合起来对牛奶中掺杂的目标物三聚氰胺进行了检测。配置浓度为3g/L三聚氰胺牛奶溶液,并采集样品在不同温度下的红外光谱图。以温度为外扰,分别构建纯牛奶与掺杂三聚氰胺牛奶的二维相关谱,研究了各自的二维相关特性,并进行对比、分析。结果表明:在14001800cm-1区间内,掺杂三聚氰胺牛奶在同步图上...

Abstract:In this paper, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with two-dimensional (2D) correlation spectroscopy was used to investigate the melamine of milk. The sample adulterated with concentration of melamine (3 g/L ) was prepared and the infrared spectra were measured at different temperature. Then the 2D correlation spectroscopy was calculated under the perturbation of temperature. In the range between 1 400 and 1 800 cm-1, three autopeaks were aroused at 1 448 cm-1, 1 552 cm-2 and 1 640 cm-2 in synchronous spectrum, which are the absorbance features of melamine in milk. The method can be used for a correct discrimination on whether the milk is adulterated. The study is important to improve the quality of dairy products and to protect the benefits of consumers.
