福建省林业生态体系建设若干问题的思考

在总结福建省3 a森林生态效益补助试点工作的基础上,分析存在的问题,探讨福建省林业生态体系建设的对策。认为:福建省生态体系建设应突出重点,因害设防,切实维护国土的安全和生态的平衡。在生态公益林建设中,要加强生态体系监测,加大力度恢复生态功能,探索生态公益林建设区域合理的经营模式和生态效益补偿机制,寻求达到生态效益、社会效益、经济效益相协调的途径。

Thinking of Some Problems of Forestry Ecological System Construction of Fujian

This paper thought that the key point of the ecological system construction should be empbasized, the measures should be taken with regards to the damage, the country land security and ecological balance were guaranteed well. In the ecological public welfare forest construction, the ecological system monitoring should be strengthened, the ecological function recovery dynamics was amplified. The reasonable managemental mode and the compensative system of ecological public welfare forest were discovered, the coordination ways between the ecological benefit, social benefit, and economical benefit were found out.
