| 摘 要： | 对六头水牛胃胰(GEP)系统中内分泌细胞的研究表明:水牛胃动素免疫反应细胞数量最少,仪存在于十二指肠;胆囊收缩素免疫反应细胞分布于除同肠和盲肠外的其他部位;胃泌素免疫反应细胞主要分布于胃贲门和幽门区以及十二指肠。胰高血糖素免疫反应细胞存在于大肠、小肠和胰脏。胃泌素、胆囊收缩素和胰高血糖素免疫反应细胞的形态随所在部位不同而呈锥形、长形或不规则形,并常见基底旁突起。胃动素免疫反应细胞的形态不清楚,仅见分泌颗粒位于细胞基部和核周围区域。

| Abstract: | Six water buffalo were used in the present study. The numbers of motilinimmunoreactive cells which were found only in duodenum were least among the fourtypes of endocrine cells in the GEP system. Cholecystokinin immnnoreactive cellsoccurred in the whole system except of ileum and caecum. Gastrin immunoreactive cellsdistributed mainly in cardiac and pyloric stomach as well as duodenum. Glucagonimmunoreaetive cells were found in intestinal tract and pancreas but not stomach.Gastrin, cholecystokinin and glucagon immunoreactive cells were tapered, longitypical orirregular in shape in different sites of the system. The basal lateral project was usuallyseen. The shape of motilin immunoreactive cells is not dear. It was only seen thatthese cells had the secretory granules in the basal cytoplasm or/and inner-cytoplasm. |
