摘    要:【目的】为筛选出可有效防治水稻纹枯病的药剂,给其田间防治提供依据。【方法】以室内生长速率法对4种杀菌剂进行室内毒力测定。【结果】中噻呋·戊唑醇、精甲·咯·嘧菌和苯甲‘醚茵酯对水稻纹枯病菌的抑菌效果较好,其EC50分别为0.0761、0.0798和0.0353mg/L,中生菌素效果次之。【结论】在供试的几种药剂中,中噻呋·戊唑醇、精甲·咯·嘧茵和苯甲·醚茵酯具有较好的抑茵效果,建议用于水稻纹枯病的田间防治。

Determination on Toxicity of Different Fungicides to Rhizoctonia solani in Laboratory

Abstract:[Objective]The aim was to select fungicides that could effectively con- trol rice sheath blight disease. [Method] Toxicity of several fungicides on Rhizoctonia solani were determined by measuring mycelium growth rate. [Result] The mycelium growth inhibition of tebuconazole, difenoconazole fludioxonil FS and difenoconazole kresoxim-methyl SC were higher than others, the EC50 values of three fungicides were 0.076 1 mg/L, 0.079 8 mg/L, 0.035 3 mg/L ,respectively. And zhongshengmycin was second. [Conclusion] In the several supplied fungicides, tebuconazole, difenoconazole fludioxonil FS and difenoconazole kresoxim-methyl SC were best and could be used as effective pesticides to control rice sheath blight disease in field.
