| 摘 要： | 建立快速、高效、灵敏的有机磷农药残留检测技术,对于保障食品安全和人体健康具有非常重要的意义.从介绍食品中有机磷农药残留的检测方法种类出发,对有机磷农药残留量的快速检测方法研究进展进行了综述,包括酶抑制法、发光菌快速检测法及生物传感器法.

| Abstract: | Rapid detection method on organophosphorus pesticide was very im portant to guarantee food safety and hu man health. Starting fi＇om introducing species of rapid detection methods on organophosphorus pesticide, the advance of detection technologies of organophos phorus pesticide in fi＇uits and vegetables was reviewed, including enzyme inhibi tion assay method, luminescent bacteria rapid detection method and biological sensor method. |
