摘    要:以木聚糖酶为处理剂,脲醛树脂为胶粘剂,压制麦秸纤维板;并借助扫描电子显微镜、傅立叶红外光谱仪和差示扫描量热仪,观察酶处理前后麦秸纤维的微观结构、表面官能团及其与脲醛树脂的热反应。结果表明,采用木聚糖酶处理麦秸纤维制板的内结合强度(IB)、弹性模量(MOE)、静曲强度(MOR)和抗拉强度(TS)均有显著提高;酶处理的麦秸纤维表面粗糙,蜡质层部分脱落和翘起;3300cm-1处的羟基峰增加,纤维素、木质素更多地暴露出来;酶处理麦秸纤维有利于脲醛树脂的固化。
