| Abstract: | The development of the Zhangdian fish-noodle processing industry in Xinzhou district of Wuhan city is an impor-tant approach to upgrade the added value of the fish products, broaden the way for farmers＆#39; employment and increase the farmers＆#39; income. The favorable conditions and main practices in the development of the Zhangdian fish-noodle processing in-dustry in Xinzhou are introduced and the measures for further promoting the development of the Zhangdian fish-noodle pro-cessing industry in Xinzhou are put forward. |
