| 摘 要： | 学科馆员主导的馆藏资源建设模式有助于提高馆藏资源质量。基于现实角度的思考，笔者从馆藏资源建设的复杂性和学科馆员主导馆藏学科资源建设的可行性进行了分析，探讨了学科馆员在馆藏资源建设中角色的正确定位并提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | Subject librarian leading the collection development of university library helps to improve the quality of library resources, based on the realistic point of view from the complexity of the collection development and the feasibility of subject librarian leading the collection development, researched the correct roles of subject librarian in the collection development of university library and put forward concreted suggestions. |
