摘    要:文章讨论如何在快速大规模的城市规划建设过程中对城市景观进行有效的控制。人对景观最直观的感受是视觉感知,在城市规划设计中应作为一个重要的因素进行控制;同时,从城市规划的管理和实施的角度来看,必须尽可能将城市景观的视觉感知转化为可量化的参数指标,实现眺望视线的可控性。通过探讨创建基于人眼视觉原理的视域计算模型和景观视域计算方法,结合城市空间的功能属性,找出城市景观的最佳眺望点。并在此基础上建立“眺望对象-眺望点”的对应性的眺望系统模型,对系统模型的各个要素进行控制,形成城市景观眺望的控制方法。

Abstract:How to control urban landscape effectively in the process of extensive urban development and construction has become a growing concern problem. As the most intuitive perception of landscape for person,urban landscape visual perception should be as an important factor to control in urban planning and design. At the same time from the perspective of urban planning management and implementation, we must convert the sensory urban landscape into quantifiable parameters, and make the line of overlooking to be controlled. This paper discusses how to create a visual calculation model and a landscape sight calculation method based on the principle of human visual, combined with the urban space function and attribute, and finds out the best viewpoint of urban landscape.On this basis we establishes" viewed object-viewpoint " correspondence overlook system model to control various elements of this system model, and forms control method of urban landscape overlooking.
