| 摘 要： | 随着现代技术的发展，大数据时代已经来临。在大数据环境下，图书馆的参考咨询服务面临着巨大的挑战与考验，图书馆必须利用大数据原理和技术，从大量的非结构化数据、半结构化数据中捕捉和挖掘潜在的价值，从而提高图书馆参考咨询服务的智能化水平，开拓参考咨询服务新领域。

| Abstract: | Big data age has come with the development of modern science and technology. The library reference service also faces the huge challenge and test in the big data age. The libraries must use principle and technology of the big data to explore the mode of library service and realize the transformation of service ability by digging the potential value from mass data set. |
