投资项目可行性风险分析

投资项目的可行性研究是对拟建项目资源、市场、工程技术、经济和社会效益的分析、论证和评价，从而确定项目是否可行或不行。本文选择自然资源、技术条件、经济效益3个核心问题，应用多方案优选法、扩展净现值法及其经济图示法对投资项目可行性风险作进一步的分析，对弱可行因素做再决策，以提高项目可行性的准确率和预设应对可行性风险的方案。

Risk Analysis of Investment Project Feasibility

Feasibility study of an investment project is the analysis, proof, and evaluation for project resources, markets, engineering techniques, and social and economic benefits to determine the feasibility, of project. Natural resources, technical condition, and economic benefit are chosen in this paper. The feasibility of investment project is further analyzed by using multi-pro- gram optimum seeking approach, extension present value method, and economic graphical method. Weak feasibility factors are deliberated to improve accuracy of the project and preinstall feasible program.
