| 摘 要： | 改进饲料细菌及霉菌污染检测时的接菌方法，即采用涂布法及滴注法接菌培养，与ＧＢ１３０９２、ＧＢ１３０９３中规定的培养结果比无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５），此法可以排除培养基对检菌结果的干扰，而且便于操作，节省培养基，特别是在大批量检样时非常实用。

| Abstract: | Compare with the POuring bacteria cultpration method regulated in national standard(GB 13092,13093),the improved smearing and dropping bacteria culturation methods which used to determine the bacteria and moulds in fodder have no obvious defference(P>0. 05).The later methods may eliminate the interference of culture medium to determine microorganism.Moreover,those methods are easy to perform and can save culture medium.Furthermore,it is especially useful to determine a large number of fodder samples. |
