The Effect of Extension on the Construction and Development of Rural Specific Technology Association

Abstract In this paper the author Pointed out that the construction and development of rural specific technology association was correlated with agricultulal extension. "Association" was constructed to follow the development of agricultural extension. The development of agricultulal extension promoted the development of "association". Distinct extension effect was reflected.
