水杨酸诱导的烟草对烟草花叶病毒的抗性

摘    要:采用水杨酸(SA)诱导烟草对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的抗性,间接ELISA法检测诱导后烟草叶片的病毒含量,并用枯斑寄主的半叶法检测诱导抗性程度。结果表明,水杨酸处理后烟草叶片内TMV含量明显降低,随着病毒挑战接种后时间延长,病毒含量增多,第28d普通烟叶片的病毒含量达到最大值。SA诱导处理后,处理叶片(T-SA)与其上部未处理叶片(N-SA)比较,枯斑数基本一致,均比对照处理明显减少。

Abstract:The induced resistance to tobacco mosaic virus(TMV) in tobacco treated by salicylic acid(SA).Indirect-ELISA was used to detect TMV virus content,and the extent of resistance to TMV was studied by half-leaf method in lesion host. The results showed that the content of TMV in Nicotiana tabacum decreased after induced by SA. With the time extending of TMV inoculation, the content of TMV increased and was up to maxim value at 28 d post-inoculation. The lesion number of tobacco leaves treated by SA was similar to those untreated upper leaves and was less than the control.
