水稻再生特性的生理基础研究——Ⅰ.头季收获时叶经体色素含量的影响

摘    要:对头季收获时母体的叶绿体色素的含量与品种再生力和强弱进行了相关性研究。结果表明:(1)头季收获时,主茎、分蘖茎、茎鞘各部分叶绿体色素含量与再生芽数不存在相关性,但三之和与再生芽存在一定程度的相关性。(2)头季收获时母体各部位叶绿素a总量、叶绿素a b总量与再生芽数达显负相关,其中以叶绿素a总量与再生芽数的双曲线相关为最大,回归方程为Y再生芽=-13.6386 18.8332/X叶绿素a总量(R=0.820 1^*)。

Abstract:The relationship between the content of chloroplast pigment during the harvest of main crop and their ratooning ability in hybrid rice was studied. The results are the followings: 1.During the harvest of the main crop, the relationship between the chloroplast pigment content of main stem,tillering stem and stem sheath and their ratooning ability in hybrid rice weren’t interrelated, but the total of them were interrelated. 2.During the harvest of main crop, significant negative correlation between the total chlorophyll a and a+b content of main stem, tillering stem and stem sheath and their ratooning ability in hybrid rice were observed, optimum significant negative correlation between the total chlorophyll a content of main stem,tillering stem and stem sheath and their ratooning ability in hybrid rice was Y=-13.638 6+18.833 2/X(R=0.820 1*).
