| 摘 要： | 介绍了林业股份合作制各种形式后，揭示了林业股份合作经营上存在着经营管理不善、承包手续不周、政府部门关心支持不够以及林种结构不合理、多种经营开展不活跃等问题，提出了要加强领导、健全林业股份制合作经营机构建设和制度建设、在政策上要予以优惠、资金上予以支持、技术上予以指导、制订一套利于林业股份合作制经营发展的管理办法、要顺应市场经济发展与商品经济接轨等对策与措施。
