在分析山西农业可持续发展面临的问题基础上 ,提出了山西农业可持续发展的总体战略思路和战略途径 ,指出必须依靠高效利用农业资源、保护生态环境建设的生态农业工程技术、节水灌溉技术等措施 ,和采取宏观调控、加大政府对农业可持续发展投入等政策措施 ,来保证山西农业可持续发展的实现。并强调人口素质的提高是山西农业可持续发展的关键

Study on Shanxi Agricultural Sustainable Development Strategy

The strategy and ways of Shanxi agricultural sustainable development were offered based on the analysis on problems faced in the process of Shanxi agricultural development in this paper. lt is concluded that the scientific techniques,including efficient utilization of agricultural resources, protection of eco-agricultural environment and development of economical irrigation technique etc.,were key measures.And the enhancement of people's ability is the most important among them.Besides,macro-restructure and investment into agricultue by govenment were essential too.
