| 摘 要： | 采用SDS-PAGE测定了82个副猪嗜血杆菌分离株细胞外膜蛋白（OMP），比较不同临床背景分离株的OMP表型差异，分析了OMP与毒力菌株的相关性。结果表明，外膜蛋白分为3种类型：PAGEⅠ、PAGEⅡ和PAGEⅢ型。约34％患病猪分离株属于PAGEI型，只有约9％健康猪分离株属于PAGEI型，说明36000-40000蛋白与菌株的毒力相关。

| Abstract: | The out membrane protein （OMP） in 82 isolations of Haemophilus Parasuis were deter- mined by SDS-PAGE. We compared the diversity of the OMP phenotype of isolates from diffent clinical background to explore the associativity between OMP and virulence pathogen. The results showed that isolates are divided into 3 major PAGE type groups as differece of Rf. PAGE Ⅰ is char- acterized betwee 36 000 and 40 000 OMP,and included about 34% isolates recovered from disease pigs and 9% isolates recovered from healthy pigs; PAGE Ⅱ is characterized by absence of the 36 000-40 000 proteins. It is shown that the 36 000-40 000 OMP could be related to virulence. |
