毒瘟清对人工感染鸡传染性喉气管炎的疗效试验

用中药毒瘟清对人工感染鸡进行传染性喉气管炎防治试验,结果发现,以饲料中加入2.5g/kg(中剂量组),连用5d效果最好,相对增重率比药物对照组高出56.1个百分点,比感染不治疗对照组高出94.1个百分点;有效率比药物对照组高出28个百分点,差异均呈极显著(P<0.01)。攻毒前5d,以饲料中加入1g/kg的添加量给药至试验结束的毒瘟清预防组相对增重率、有效率分别为91.8%,96%,均高于其他各组,经生物统计学分析,与各对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。结果表明,毒瘟清对鸡喉气管炎的治疗效果明显优于对照组药物高力米先,对鸡传染性喉气管炎的预防作用更佳。

Effect of the Chinese Medicine Duwenqing in Prevention and Treatment of Laryngo Tracheitis in Artificial Infected Chicken

Effect of the Chinese medicine Duwenqing has been tested in the prevention and treatment of the infectious laryngo tracheitis on experimented chicken.The result indicates the growth rate of the treated group,which were fed with the diet mixed with the medicine and feed in the proportion of 2.5 to(1 000),is 56.1 per cent higher than the control group fed with the feed containing the medicine Gaolimixian,and 94.1 per cent higher than the control group without being treated.The effect rate of the medicine on the treated group is 48 per cent higher than the control group and the difference of the two medicines on the disease is significant(P<0.01).The medicine proved to be the most effective after the treated group took it within at least consecutive days.The prevention group,which was fed with the diet mixed with the medicine and feeds in proportion of 1 to 1 000 in continual five days,has a growth rate of 91.8 per cent and the effectiveness rate reached 96 per cent,higher than other two groups.The difference is significant in contrast with the control groups (P<0.01).The experiment got the conclusion that Duwenqing is markedly more effective than Gaolimixian in the treatment of the laryngo tracheitis of chicken and does better in the prevention of the disease.
