| 摘 要： | 社会主义新农村建设与构建和谐社会离不开实施和弘扬社会主义法治理念。在此方面,目前司法实践中存在着严重问题。对于目前存在的此类问题,建议立法机关、执法部门在社会主义法治理念教育活动中及时解决。
