鸡皮果叶挥发油的重复萃取及气相色谱-质谱法分析

摘    要:用水蒸气蒸馏、乙醚萃取后再以乙酸乙酯萃取鸡皮果叶挥发油,经气相色谱-质谱联机分析,以乙醚萃取所得挥发油共分离出23个峰,鉴定出21种化合物,占总峰面积的99.64%,主要成分及含量为:萜品油烯(53.89%)、肉豆蔻醚(15.32%)、3-蒈烯(9.76%)、B-月桂烯(5.03%)、(+)-4-蒈烯(4.55%)、芋烯(4.33%)、α-水芹烯(1.86%)、β-红没药烯(1.17%)、α-蒎烯(1.12%)、水合桧烯(0.59%)、β-顺-罗勒烯(0.56%)。以乙酸乙酯萃取所得挥发油中分离出13个色谱峰,鉴定出个11成分,占挥发油总质量的90.03%,主要成分及含量为:(+)-4-蒈烯(45.67%)、2-甲基-2,6-叔丁基苯酚(40.84%)、3-蒈烯(5.81%)、β-月桂烯(1.91%)、D-芋烯(1.58%)、β-金合欢烯(0.93%)。

Abstract:The volatile oil from the leaf of Clausena indica(Datz.)Oliv was distillated by water-steam and extracted by ethyl ether first and by ethyl acetate later.The volatile oil was separated by GC.In the part extracted by ethyl ether,GC-MS exhibits 23 peaks and 21 compounds are identified,accounting for 99.64% of the total volatile oil.The major constituents of the volatiles and their mass fractions are Terpinolene(53.89%),Myristicin(15.32%),3-Carene(9.76%),beta.-Myrcene(5.03%),(+)-4-Caren(4.55%),Limonene(4.33%),...
