| 摘 要： | 摄食是一种复杂的行为活动，受多种神经递质和凋质的调节。5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine，5-HT)是一种经典的神经递质，具有广泛的生理功能，可抑制摄食等。本文对5-HI、的生物合成、在中枢神经系统的定位分布、参与摄食调节的受体及摄食调节作用的机理进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Food intake, a complex behaviour, is modulated by many neurotransmitters and modulators. Serotonin is a classical neurotransmitter and has wide physiological functions and participating in food intake inhibition. The synthesis, localization in the central nervous system, receptors participating in the regulation of food intake and the mechanism of food intake regulation of serotonin were reviewed in this paper. |
