阿克苏河流域水资源承载力模糊综合评价

摘    要:阿克苏河是天山南坡水量最大的河流,是目前塔里木河最大的水量补给来源。由于阿克苏河流大规模的农业开发和不合理的水资源开发利用,不仅使得流域内生态环境脆弱,同时导致了补给干流的水资源减少,使得干流(尤其是在下游)产生了一系列的生态环境问题。本文针对阿克苏河流域水资源的实际情况,依据阿克苏河流域供需状况等,选取人均水资源可利用量,人均供水量、水资源利用率、耕地灌溉率、供水模数、需水模数、生活用水定额、生态用水率等指标,应用模糊综合评价方法综合的评价了流域内现状和不同水平年的水资源承载力,并提出了提高水资源承载力的途径。

Abstract:The water volume of the Akesu river is the largest in south slope of Tianshan Mountains;meanwhile Akesu River is the most important recharge source of The Tarim River,occupying 73.2% of the total volume of the recharge source to Tarim River.Due to large-scale development of the agriculture and irrational exploitation of the water resource,the eco-environment of the Akesu River was fragile,it also lead to the volume of water resource recharge to the main stream decline and caused some eco-environmental problems on the Tarim river(especially on the lower research).In this paper,for the actual condition of the water resource in Tarim river,according to the status of the water resource supply-demand,selecting some evaluation factors such as available water resource per capita,practical water supply per capita,efficiency of water resources,irrigation ratio of arable land,water supply modulus,water demand modulus,living water quotas use and ecological water use ratio,using the Fuzzy-based evaluation of water resources,the water carrying capacity was evaluated on the status and different level years.At last,the ways of improving the water carrying capacity were put forward.
