白头翁皂苷及次生物的研究

摘    要:中药材白头翁中所含皂苷主要为五糖基白头翁皂苷B4,即3-O-[α-L-鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯糖基]-3β,23-二烃基-Δ20(29)-羽扇豆烯-28-O-[α-L鼠李糖基(1→4)-β-D-葡萄糖基(1→6)]-β-D-葡萄糖酯苷,其含量约为8.57%。白头翁粗皂苷可经硅胶柱层析法分离纯化,白头翁皂苷B4的收得率约为60.33%。五糖基白头翁皂苷B4经酸水解后可得到白头翁皂苷元,即3β,23-二烃基-Δ20(29)-羽扇豆烯-28-酸;而白头翁皂苷B4经碱水解后可得到含两个糖基的白头翁皂苷A,即3-O-[α-L-鼠李糖基(1→2)-α-L-阿拉伯糖基]-3β,23-二烃基-Δ20(29)-羽扇豆烯-28-酸。

Abstract:Most saponin in Chinese drug Pulsatilla was pentasaccharide Pulsatilla saponin B4(3-O-[L-rhemnose(1→2)-L-Arabinose]-3,23-Dihydrocarbyl-Δ20(29)-en-28-O-[L-rhemnose(1→4)-D-glucosyl(1→6)]-D-glucopyransyl ester) and the content was about 8.57%.The yield rate of Pulsatilla saponin B4 was about 60.33% through isolating and purifying crude Pulsatilla saponin by silica gel column chromatography.Pulsatilla sapogenin(3,23-Dihydrocarbyl-Δ20(29)-en-28-oic acid) could be obtained from pentasaccharide Pulsatilla saponin B4 by acid hydrolysis.Pulsatilla saponin A containing 2 glycosyls(3-O-[L-rhemnose(1→2)-L-Arabinose]-3,23-Dihydrocarbyl-Δ20(29)-en-28-oic acid) could be obtained from Pulsatilla saponin B4 by alkali hydrolysis.
