摘    要:采用巨尾桉基材、胶合剂聚乙烯膜制备三层木塑复合材料,分析热压温度、热压时间、热压压力、施胶量这四个因素对复合材料胶合强度的影响。结果表明:在热压温度160℃、热压时间50s/mm、热压压力0.7MPa、施胶量为119g/m2的工艺条件下,巨尾桉/聚乙烯膜复合材料的胶合性能最优,能够达到II类胶合板标准。

Abstract:Three-layer composites are prepared using eucalyptus and adhesive polyethylene film and the effect of hot pressing temperature, hot pressing time, hot pressing pressure and adhesive amount on the bonding strength of composites is analyzed. The result shows that in the case of 160℃ hot-pressing temperature, 50s/mm hot-pressing time, 0.7MPa hot-pressing pressure and 119g/m2 adhesive application amount, the optimal bonding performance of composites made from eucalyptus and PE film can be obtained, able to meet the Class II plywood standards.
