| 摘 要： | 清代一统天下之后,曾一度禁止民间养马。对此,有研究者认为,清代民间养马业一蹶不振。本文介绍了清代马禁的历史背景,对不同时期的马禁政策和马禁松弛现象列举、分析,并结合大量官方、民间的原始文献,分析了民间养马业繁荣发展的可能性。

| Abstract: | The folk horse breeding was once banned after the domination of Qing Dynasty. On this point, some scholars believed that the folk horse industry slumped in Qing Dynasty. This article describes the historical background of banning the horse breeding in Qing Dynasty, cited and analyzed the ban policies and slacks of horse breeding in different periods, analyzing the possibilities of the prosperity of folk horse industry combined with lots of official and nongovernmental original documents. |
