灯笼果大小孢子与雌雄配子体发育

利用常规石蜡切片法对灯笼果（ＲｉｂｅｓｇｒｏｓｓｕｌａｒｉａＬ．）的大小孢子及雌雄配子体发育进行观察．结果表明，花药为４个孢子囊，药壁发育属基本型．腺质绒毡层细胞具多核，小孢子母细胞胞质分裂为同时型，四分体排列呈四面体型或左右对称型，成熟花粉为２─细胞型．胚珠倒生，双珠被厚珠心，大孢子母细胞减数分裂四分体多呈Ｔ型排列，合点端的为功能大孢子．偶见合点端２个同时为功能大孢子，蓼型胚囊，次生极核常偏于合点端，并具承珠盘结构．

DEVELOPMENT OF MEGASPORE AND MICROSPORE,MALE AND FEMALE GAMETOPHYTES IN RIBES GROSSULARIA

The development of megaspore and microspore, male and female gametophytes in Ribes grossularia is observed in common paraffin cut-sections.The results are as follows:The auther is tetrasporangiate; the development of the anther wall is ground type;the glandular tapetum cell has many nuclei. The cytokinesis in the microspore mother cells is simultaneous type;the tetrad arranges as a tetrahedral or symmetrical type,the mature pollen is 2-celled.The anatropous ovule is bitegmic and crassinucellate,the arrangement of tetrad of megasporocyte meiosis is of T-type and at the chalaza end functional megaspore.At the chalaza end seldem appear two functional megaspores simultaneously and polygonumtype embryo sac,the secondary polar nucleus is often near the chalaza end,and has hypostase structure.
