| 摘 要： | 本文研究了在低温和变温层积条件下,GA3和6-BA溶液的不同浓度组合对解除北沙参种子休眠的影响.结果表明:在变温层积条件下,100 mg/L 6-BA溶液可显著促进北沙参种子萌发,在第90 d时发芽率达到最高为63.3%.

| Abstract: | Reseach on the effect of various GA3 and 6-BA concentrations on breaking-dormancy of Glehnia littoralis Fr.Schm.ex Miq.seeds under constant low temperature and alternating temperatures stratification.The results show that: through alternating temperatures stratification 6-BA of 100mg/L could promote seeds germination remarkably and the highest germination rate reach up to 63.3% in 90 th D. |
