| 摘 要： | 本试验通过大剂量液氯、四种消毒剂对玉米苗期根系活力的影响试验，得出结论：大剂量液氯对玉米根系具有毒害作用，显著降低根活性，小剂量液氯、二氧化氯、二氧化氯与液氯混合则对玉米根活性无明显影响，对根系活力有一些影响；液氯作消毒剂的最适投入量为8 mg/l，二氧化氯作消毒剂的最适投入量为6 mg/l，二氧化氯与液氯混合作消毒剂的最适投入量为（4＋2）mg/l。
