| Abstract: | This paper reports a new species of malus genus collected from Funing and is diagnosed as Malus funingensis Liu, Yuan et Zhang, sp. nov. based on the morphological comparative study with the known species. The type species is kept in Horticulture Reseach Institute, Yunnan Academy of Agricultural Science. |
