摘    要:本文综述了我国重金属污染以及水稻重金属镉(Cd)与铅(Pb)污染现状,并对农田重金属污染来源、水稻对重金属Cd与Pb的反应与吸收分配特性等进行了分析。在此分析的基础上,结合良好农业规范(Good Agricultural Practice,GAP)在我国农业上的应用和发展,从水稻种植基地的选择与维护、田间栽培管理技术、稻米的储藏运输与加工等方面分析提出了我国水稻GAP栽培控制重金属Cd与Pb污染的关键点,为我国水稻GAP的发展提供一定的参考。

Abstract:This article reviewed the current situation of heavy metal pollution and cadmium (Cd) and lead (Pb) contamination in rice in China, analyzed the origin of heavy metal of arable land, and the characteristics of response, absorption and distribution of rice to the heavy metal of Cd and Pb. Bases on this analysis, and matches the application and development of Good Agricultural Practice (GAP) in China, the key points for controlling rice Cd and Pb contamination were put forward from the selection and maintenance of rice planting area, cultivation techniques and management, rice storage, transportation and processing, etc. Wish to offer a reference for rice GAP development in China.
