低能离子N+注入下高羊茅种子发芽率的变化

摘    要:利用低能离子束N 注入高羊茅Festuca arundinacea种子,对其进行诱变,通过分析不同剂量、不同注入次数及大小真空室2个处理间发芽率的差异,结果表明:随剂量梯度增大,A组(2次注入,小真空室)和B组 (4次注入,小真空室)高羊茅种子的发芽率都呈下降趋势,但A组比B组降低趋势更快,而C组(2次注入,大真空室)的高羊茅种子都不发芽.初步了解了影响离子注入效果的可能因素及对高羊茅种子进行离子注入的最佳条件.

Abstract:The germination rate of tall fescue seeds treated by low energy ion implanting with different dose of N ion beam,different times of ion implantation and different vacuum-rooms was studied.The results showed the germinating rates in Group A(2 times implantation,small vacuum-room) and Group B(4 times implantation,small vacuum-room) were reduced,and it decreased faster in group A.For Group C(2 times implantation,big vacuum-room),the germination rate was zero.
