低扬程取水泵站节能技术与优化运行

摘    要:取水泵站装置效率低、能耗大的主要原因是水泵选型和组合运行调度不合理。从泵站节能降耗和提高经济效益角度出发,结合实例,在阐述水泵节能改造技术基础上,建立了以满足供水量要求、能源单耗最小为目标的泵站节能优化运行数学模型。计算结果表明水泵节能技术与优化运行数学模型技术相结合,是泵站实现安全供水、节能降耗、降低供水成本的最有效途径。

Abstract:Unreasonable selection of pump type and improper combination operation are the main causes of low efficiency and energy consuming of intake pumping station equipment. An energy-saving and optimal operation mathematical model which can meet the demands of water supply with minimum energy consumption is established from the view points of pumping station energy saving and economic benefit enhancement. A case study is conducted in order to introduce the pumping station energy-saving reform technique. The results show that the combination of energy-saving technique and the optimal operation mathematical model is an effective approach to realize safe water supply, energy-saving, cost decreasing.
