| 摘 要： | 为了提高黑龙江省农业综合开发部门的管理水平和工作效率,促进政务公开,加强为农服务,提出了建设黑龙江省农业综合开发在线系统的设想,从组成、技术选择及运行方式等多角度阐述了建设该系统的基本思路和系统的构成.系统的建成将大大提高黑龙江省农业综合开发部门的政务公开水平和业务管理水平.

| Abstract: | For improving the management and working efficiency of agricultural integrated development department in Heilongjiang province, opening the government affairs, and offering more service for farmer, this paper puts forwards the image about constructing the agricultural integrated development online system. At the same time, it also elaborates the basic idea to construct this system, based on the integration, selection for technology and running mode of this system. This system will greatly improve the level of opening government affairs and managing operation in the department of agricultural integrated development in Heilongjiang province. |
